Our team at LyfeStyle Athletics understands the importance of developing sustainable habits in the early stages of your transformation so they become lasting results – not just temporary. Our goal with LyfeStyle Athletics is to make training enjoyable for you to stick with it – but also to feel good about the strength and confidence you gain through the process. You have the following training options to choose from:
Outdoor PRIVATE TRAINING
One-on-one personal training (yourself and your coach only within the session). Each session is 60 minutes and includes a thorough customized warm-up, workout, and cool down.
Outdoor Semi-PRivate Training
This option is a big hit with most of our clients. It's an option for you too if you enjoy the fresh air and good company. Semi-private sessions these days look a bit different - social distancing protocols are in effect and equipment is religiously disinfected before and after use. Luckily, you still get to be outdoors, breathe some fresh air, sweat, and socialize with like-minded, driven individuals (like yourself). Results come a lot easier when you're enjoying yourself through the process. We also believe that connecting with a community of fitness enthusiasts will have you feeling motivated on a regular basis to make good decisions. These decisions are what will transform you into the fittest and healthiest version of yourself.
Indoor semi-private training
Same fun environment as the Outdoor Semi-Private Training in a small group setting - however this option is within the indoor facility.
At-home Programs
This option is recommended for clients who have been consistently training on their own and simply need help with a structured 4-week program that is more tailored towards their goal. It's customized specifically for you based on the equipment you may (or may not) have at home, and the space you have to workout. This option includes one virtual assessment session where your coach will put you through a series of exercises to monitor your form and watch for any muscle imbalances, etc. This virtual assessment will allow the coach to understand your current fitness level and be able to then design a program that is ideal for you. This option may not be suitable for you if you struggle to push yourself on your own during training sessions and maybe need more accountability. It's a great option if you're highly motivated and love structure in your training.
Private virtual Training
Each session is 60 mins long and is a private Zoom session (not group training). Your first session will be more of an assessment for your coach to evaluate your current fitness level through a series of different exercises that target various muscle groups. We also test your strength and cardio levels during this assessment. It's crucial for us to identify any muscular imbalances you may have, and areas where we may need to focus on to build your future training programs. Each session also includes a complete warm-up and stretch cool down within the one hour time slot.
